Your Coach:

As a firefighter and personal trainer in Massachusetts, I focus on improving fitness for real-life challenges. I began as a CrossFit coach and noticed many people aimed to better their daily lives but often got caught up in competition, which could lead to injuries and stray them from their goals. This pushed me to emphasize sustainable fitness: creating personalized modifications that provide the challenge people need while helping them succeed beyond the gym.

In the firehouse, I see the unique physical demands of the job firsthand. Long hours, tough physical tasks, stress, and lack of sleep can lead to serious health problems, like heart disease and cancer. To combat these, I’ve created focused programs for recruits, shift workouts, and nutrition training that cater to first responders’ realities.

These initiatives have become popular tools in our local firehouses and have allowed me to establish one-on-one coaching with clients. I’m dedicated to helping you develop strength, endurance, and resilience so you can embrace the life ahead of you—both on and off the job.
